Pete Piedra Co-Founded Xtreme Transformations Personal Training with his wife Alyte in 2005. Together they have helped thousands of people acheive their fitness goals and live healthier lifestyles.
Pete is a proud husband and father of four children and enjoys fitness, martial arts, hiking, movies and traveling.

Pablo Parodi
My name is Pablo Parodi and I am a certified personal trainer and a model. My career started in Uruguay, where I was born, where I played soccer in my childhood years and later professionally. Working as an athlete I got the chance to learn about my body’s capabilities and limits. During my training I was able to learn about determination and discipline, which are valuable skills to succeed in life as well as in the soccer field. I apply those same principles when I train my clients, knowing that when I work with them I am helping them visualize themselves obtaining their fitness goals and bringing out the powerful self inside of them.
